Marqam is a listing marketplace. Ownership always transfers through the official channels of the emirate that issued the plate.

   List your plate

   Create a listing with your emirate, plate code, number and asking price. We generate the plate visual for you — no photo upload needed. Your listing goes live immediately.

2. 02

   Connect with buyers

   Buyers searching your emirate and digit range see your plate and reach you directly by phone or WhatsApp. You negotiate the price yourself — no middleman takes a cut.

3. 03

   Sell your plate

   Once you agree terms, both parties attend the registration centre of the issuing emirate to complete the transfer. Fees are typically settled by the buyer.
